Buddha Purnima is a great festival of Weavers.

Buddha purnima or Buddha Jayanti is a Buddhist festival which dedicated to the Great Spiritual Teacher Gautama Buddha's Birthday. Buddha purnima always falls on the full moon day in the Vaishakh month. 


On that day many buddhist visit temples by wearing new clothes and listen to monks what they talk about Lord buddha. Most of the buddha temples decorated with lots of flowers and lights and people offer fruits,flowers, candles and pour water on the statue for a pure and new beginning. In India weavers celebrate Lord Buddha festivals with a great way. Many Buddhist serve vegetarian food to the poor people and new clothes.
